Bill has many years of experience as an educator and coach in the Saskatoon Public school system. His dedication to lifelong learning and quest for personal health have inspired his group fitness instruction.
Fitness classes are fun, and the atmosphere inviting. All ages, and all levels of fitness are welcome. Bill enjoys the social aspect of group fitness, believing that laughing, and some silliness (let's be honest), encourage better participation and better success.
Bill loves to cycle, ski, and run, and enjoys bringing health and fitness to communities.
The YMCA fitness certification program combines an intensive theory component with mentor partnering, apprenticeship, and both theory and practical examination. Physiology, anatomy, and program design are some areas of study included in the training program. To maintain YMCA credentials, verification of ongoing professional education is required. YMCA certification is recognized world wide.
