He is a member of Physics of Electronic Materials Research Division, Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Institut Teknologi Bandung.
In addition, he is the chief of Board of Researchers in the field of instrumentation for disasters management at Research Center for Disasters Mitigation, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He is also the chief of of Board of Researchers in the field of nanofibers and nanoparticles applications for functional foods and drugs delivery at Research Center for Biosciences and Biotechnology, Institute for Research and Community Services (LPPM), Institut Teknologi Bandung.
