Processing and Characterization of Thin Films
Processing and Characterization of Thin Films
We are using pulsed laser deposition, laser ablation, and chemical vapor deposition to produce this films of magnetic and optical materials and studying the relationships between microstructure and properties of the films.
This research is performed in collaboration with the Keto, Becker, and Ferreira research groups.
