Camp California Registration


Two forms are provided below - one on which you can enter brief contact information and the number of youth and adults you wish to register. The second form is provided for you to enter the names of participants. Notice: Personal information is collected solely for and will be used and disclosed only for the purpose of determining eligibility for participation in and delivery of Camp California and related programs and services. Personal information will be collected, used, stored, and disposed of in accordance with the requirements of the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act. Questions in regard to information capture and use may be directed to Tom Skinner at tom.skinner@telus.net.

On check-in at camp please advise of any medical issues among and any medications taken by your registrants.

All groups must have an approved Adventurer Appliction Form and Attendance List at check in.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque to the Whitehorn Scouting Parents Committee or by e-transfer to knightsofartemis175@gmail.com.
