Experience Cricket at the Knights Cricket Ground. 

Booking & Payment

Reservations:

• • Advanced bookings will receive priority. Contact the club president Vish Shahade(8043349634) well in advance to secure your preferred dates and times. Only Prepaid reservations are confirmed.

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon by Knights Committee and are subject to change.

  • Knights reserve right to cancel the reservation anytime.

  • Knights ground is available for Cricket during below timings only. Entry to ground is not permitted on other times.

    • Weekday (Monday to Friday) 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

    • Weekend (Saturday, Sunday & Federal Holidays) 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy:

• • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date will not be refunded.

  • Weather related Cancellations

    • Weekday (Monday to Friday): No refunds

    • Weekend (Saturday, Sunday & Federal Holidays)

      1. 1. If even a single ball is bowled then no refund

         2. If no ball is bowled, then 50% refund will be issued.

Ground Use & Maintenance

Liability

• Knights ground is only permitted to be used for Cricket related activities only e.g. League/Social matches, Cricket practice sessions, Cricket coaching clinics etc.

• Team booking the ground will be liable for damage to ground, Mat, equipment and any injuries. All damages will be charged to individual & Team booking the ground and Knights reserve right to

• Team booking the ground will be responsible for clearing litter, bottles and all thrash. Failure to do so will be levied $100 fine due immediately with cancellation of all future bookings with refund.

• Knights CC or Lower Providence Township will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents.

Safety & Conduct

• Ensure the ground is in playable condition before the play begin.

• Please ensure appropriate safety equipment is used while playing the game.

Code of Conduct:

Teams not following below will be reported to authorities and will be prosecuted as per local laws.

• Knights is surrounded by residential neighbors who encourage cricket but will not accept disrespectful or inappropriate behaviors. Neighbors deserve the right to ask teams to leave the premises if respectful behavior is not maintained all the time.

• No abusive language, loud noises, disturbances to neighbors or personal threats will be accepted.

• Adhere to all federal, PA & Lower Providence township laws and regulations. https://www.lowerprovidence.org/parks-and-recreation

• Consumption of alcohol or smoking any federally restricted substances is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

• Any physical altercation between any parties will immediately terminate the booking without refunds. All parties are expected to leave the premises to avoid any further escalations.

Port a potty should be used at all the time. Urination or Defecation in open will be reported to authorities and will be prosecuted as per PA state laws.

Parking:

• Parking on Neighbors Street Pawlings Rd is Strictly prohibited. Its private street and will be considered trespassing.

• Park in parking lot at intersection of Pawlings Rd & Station Avenue and walk to the ground.

• Partial parking on ground before the chains is allowed.

Fine Clause

Fines:

• Any violation of the agreed upon rules, including but not limited to, unauthorized vehicle use, excessive ground damage, or inappropriate conduct, neglecting to clear away litter may result in a fine of up to $500 per infraction. The ground management reserves the right to determine the severity of the violation and the corresponding fine.

• Renters will be held fully accountable for any infractions, and fines must be paid promptly upon notification.
