Risk Management now includes:
- Safety Analysis
- Risk Analysis
- Reliability Analysis (for Maintainability - use sig:ils )
- Insurance & Actuarial Science
- Emergency & Disaster planning
For the purposes of hri07e Risk Management is seen in terms of Reliability Engineering and to a lesser degree business risk assessemnt and to some degree actuarial science and insurance until some group is willing to start a seperate group.
It does not include the sister Maintainability and Integrated Logistics Systems or Quality Assurance topics and delverables that are often included in the RAM acronym (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) nor does it include the Safety analysis functions so often required to complete the mix.
