Tomographic approaches

For realistic modelling of flow knowledge about the spatial characteristics of hydraulic parameters is required. We use different hydraulic and tracer tests measurements in tomographic approach for imaging properties of porous and fractured media. The idea of tomography is to change successively the source and monitoring wells. Application of the tomography principle allows us to gain more information on the spatial distribution of hydraulic properties. This includes hydraulic, flow and temperature tomography as well as heat tracer test tomography.
