Grooming TOS & WAIVER

KK’s PAWSITTING LLC Grooming TOS & Waiver 

Appointment Commitments - A $25.00 Deposit is required to book all grooming appointments. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, I require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel to get your $25.00 deposit back. Anything less than 24 hours and you will forfeit the deposit. No show will lose the deposit. 

The remaining balance is due at drop-off. No services will be provided without full payment. 

 Clients that arrive in excess of 15 minutes late risk losing their appointment without notice. _______( Initial )

KK's Pawsitting makes your pet's comfort, safety, and well-being our #1 Priority. With gentle and careful grooming, we look forward to making your pet's experience a favorable one. Please be aware that we have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive pets. We reserve the right to refuse to groom any pet for the health and safety of the groomer or the pet. , or services discontinued if Groomer determines that a pet presents an unsafe condition to itself, any staff member, or another client.
A break & calming treats are available as a first option before stopping the groom, if determined your pet needs one, you agree to allow us to offer it as the first option and agree to pay an additional $5.00 for the pill __________(initial).

If the pet is still overly anxious or becomes aggressive and I must stop the groom for the safety of your pet or myself, you will be charged $45.00 for my time  ______ ( intital)

PICKUP: You agree to arrive at the designated pick-up time and will be given a 30-minute grace period, anything after 30 minutes late you will then be assessed a daycare drop-in rate of $35.00. You agree to communicate with me of any unexpected delays ______ (Initial)   

If your pet has any allergies, special conditions, or requires a specialized grooming product please discuss this with your Groomer. Although every effort will be made to ensure that your pet is groomed as safely as possible, working with pets can be unpredictable and the occasional accident may occur. We cannot be held responsible for the stressful effects that grooming may have upon your pet. As the pet owner, please carefully review and acknowledge our grooming policies thoroughly. Anal gland expressions are not provided as part of our standard package and we recommend you obtain that service from your preferred veterinarian. 

Matted coats can cause a variety of problems. The skin underneath can be raw and inflamed. Severely matted coats will require special attention. KK's Pawsitting will not be held liable for any after grooming effects of shave downs, de-matting, clipping procedures, or problems uncovered on a badly matted or otherwise neglected coat including, but not limited to itchiness, skin redness, or self-inflicted irritations/abrasions from excessive external rubbing. 

I understand that time and costs associated with shave downs or de-matting are unpredictable and subject to the particular condition of my pet. Consequently, I agree to pay an additional $35.00 or more as a result of de-matting or shave downs. ______(Initial)  

 By signing this contract, you agree to hold KK's Pawsitting, employees, and groomers harmless from any damage, loss, skin issues, or any health issues; including unexpected death due to stress on senior dogs or unknown conditions of any pet left under the custody of KK's Pawsitting.
