Boarding TOS

The parties herein agree as follows: I, _____________________________ am contracting KK's Paw Sitting for pet sitting/walking for _____________________________________________ (pet)(s)   

 1. Payments- Booking –7 days or less -Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking to hold the spot. 
                      Booking- 8+ days in advance- A deposit of 1/3 is due at booking, and the remaining amount 5 days prior to scheduled service to secure dates. Payments accepted: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Google pay, Apple Pay & Credit Cards
1A) If final payment is not made prior to 5 days before drop off date an additional late fee of $25.00 will be due before service is provided.     
                                                                                                                                             
2. Cancellation Policies -KK's PawSitting must receive a 24-hour notice of any cancellations or schedule changes on regular days.  
Full credit for any scheduled services will be issued if I receive at least a 24-hour notification from the client.  If cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, the client will not be entitled to any credits paid for the entire booking.  

2A) Due to high demand on holidays, any sitting scheduled on any major holiday (Valentine's, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Easter 4th of July or Christmas) must give at least a 7-day notice of any cancellations or the client will not be entitled to any credit for the entire booking.   

2B) No refunds or credits if the client comes home early from scheduled days. Once initial sitting has started then it is a use it or lose it policy.   

3. In the event of any problems the client will be contacted, and treatment will be discussed at that time. KK's Pawsitting is authorized to perform care and seek services as needed.  KK's Paw-Sitting is authorized by the signature below to seek emergency veterinary care at the nearest veterinary clinic with release from liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense.   

4. In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, KK's Pawsitting representative is entrusted to use the best judgment in caring for pet(s). KK's Pawsitting will not be held liable for consequences related to such decisions. In the event of an emergency, KK's Paw-Sitting will contact the owner immediately to discuss any concerns.     

5. Should KK's Pawsitting representative be bitten or otherwise exposed to any disease or ailment received from the clients’ animal, it will be the clients' responsibility to pay all costs and damages incurred by the victim.

6. If your female is in heat and requires diapers or additional supplies, it is your responsibility to provide all products for her at drop off.  Boarding is allowed during that time, however; an additional $50 cleaning & sanitizing fee will be charged during her stay at KK’S Pawsitting. If She starts heat cycle during stay, the owner agrees to immediately send money for supplies and pay additional fee stated above. 

7.   KK’s Pawsitting assumes no liability for any injuries that may occur while being watched at your house or boarded at KK’S Pawsitting residence. The utmost care will be given to watching both your pet(s) and your home. However, due to the unpredictability of animals, we cannot be responsible for any mishaps of any extraordinary nature including liable for injury, death, or disappearance, or complications in administering medications to the animal.  In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes all legal & civil claims against KK's Paw-Sitting or representative.  

8. KK’s Pawsitting reserves the right to terminate this contract due to misinformation on the part of the client. The client understands that no refunds will be given due to misinformation on the part of the client. 

9. Courtesy drop-offs are available from 8:00PM-9:30PM the night before, Otherwise, drop off hours start at 5:30 AM
  Prices are per day, anything after 8am counts as an additional day.
 

KK’s Pawsitting reserves the right to cancel during the caring period if the pet becomes aggressive & poses dangers to staff or other pets during boarding. The client must come to get the animal or make immediate arrangements for the animal to be picked up and understands that no refunds will be given.  

I have reviewed the terms and conditions of this service contract for accuracy and understand the contents of this agreement as legally binding.
