Dog sitting TOS

The parties herein agree as follows: I, (_____________________________) am contracting KK's Paw Sitting for pet sitting/walking for _____________________________________________ (pet)(s)   

 1. Payments- Booking –7 days or less -Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking to hold the spot. 
                      Booking- 8+ days in advance- A deposit of 1/3 is due at booking, and the remaining amount 5 days prior to scheduled service to secure dates. If final payment is not made prior to 5 days an additional late fee of $25.00 will be due before service is provided. Payments accepted: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Google pay, Apple Pay & Credit Cards -BOOKINGS ARE ON A 1st COME 1st SERVE BASIS  
                                                                                                                                               
2. Cancellation Policies -KK's PawSitting must receive a 24-hour notice of any cancellations or schedule changes on regular days.  
 Full credit for any scheduled services will be issued if I receive at least a 24-hour notification from the client.  If cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, the client will not be entitled to any credits paid for the entire booking.  

2A) Due to high demand on holidays, any sitting scheduled on any major holiday (Valentine's, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Easter 4th of July or Christmas) must give at least a 7-day notice of any cancellations or the client will not be entitled to any credit for the entire booking.   

2B) No refunds or credits if the client comes home early from scheduled days. Once initial sitting has started then it is a use it or lose it policy.   

3. In the event of any problems the client will be contacted, and treatment will be discussed at that time. KK's Pawsitting is authorized to perform care and seek services as needed.  KK's Paw-Sitting is authorized by the signature below to seek emergency veterinary care at the nearest veterinary clinic with release from liabilities related to transportation, treatment, and expense.   

4. In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, KK's Pawsitting representative is entrusted to use the best judgment in caring for pet(s). KK's Pawsitting will not be held liable for consequences related to such decisions. In the event of an emergency, KK's Paw-Sitting will contact the owner immediately to discuss any concerns.     

5. Should KK's Pawsitting representative be bitten or otherwise exposed to any disease or ailment received from the clients’ animal, it will be the clients' responsibility to pay all costs and damages incurred by the victim.

6. If your female is in heat and requires diapers or additional supplies, it is your responsibility to provide all products for her at drop off.  Boarding is allowed during that time, however; an additional $50 cleaning & sanitizing fee will be charged during her stay at KK’S Pawsitting. If She starts heat cycle during stay, the owner agrees to immediately send money for supplies and pay additional fee stated above. 

7.   KK’s Pawsitting assumes no liability for any injuries that may occur while being watched at your house or boarded at KK’S Pawsitting residence. The utmost care will be given to watching both your pet(s) and your home. However, due to the unpredictability of animals, we cannot be responsible for any mishaps of any extraordinary nature. (i.e., biting, furniture damage, accidental death, etc., or complications in administering medications to the animal.) Nor can we be liable for injury, death, or disappearance. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes all legal & civil claims against KK's Paw-Sitting or representative. 
  

8. KK’s Pawsitting reserves the right to terminate this contract due to misinformation on the part of the client. The client understands that no refunds will be given due to misinformation on the part of the client. 
 

KK’s Pawsitting reserves the right to cancel during the caring period if the pet becomes aggressive & poses dangers to staff or other pets during boarding. The client must come to get the animal or make immediate arrangements for the animal to be picked up and understands that no refunds will be given.  

I have reviewed the terms and conditions of this service contract for accuracy and understand the contents of this agreement as legally binding.

Grooming TOS & WAIVER

KK’s PAW SITTING Grooming TOS & Waiver 

 

Appointment Commitments - A $25.00 Deposit is required to book all grooming appointments. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment, I require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel to get your $25.00 deposit back. Anything less than 24 hours and you will forfeit the deposit. No show will lose the deposit. 

The remaining balance is due at drop-off. No services will be provided without full payment.  

 Clients that arrive in excess of 15 minutes late risk losing their appointment without notice. _____ (Initial 

 

KK's Pawsitting makes your pet's comfort, safety, and well-being our #1 Priority. With gentle and careful grooming, we look forward to making your pet's experience a favorable one. Please be aware that we have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive pets. We reserve the right to refuse to groom any pet for the health and safety of the groomer or the pet. , or services discontinued if Groomer determines that a pet presents an unsafe condition to itself, any staff member, or another client. 

A break & calming treats are available as a first option before stopping the groom, if determined your pet needs one, you agree to allow us to offer it as the first option and agree to pay an additional $5.00 for the pill __________(initial). If the pet is still overly anxious or becomes aggressive and I must stop the groom for the safety of your pet or myself, you will be charged the $35.00 for my time and refunded the remaining amount paid.  ______ ( intital)

 

PICKUP: You agree to arrive at the designated pick-up time and will be given a 30-minute grace period, anything after 30 minutes late you will then be assessed a daycare drop-in rate of $35.00. You agree to communicate with me of any unexpected delays ______ (Initial)   

 

If your pet has any allergies, special conditions, or requires a specialized grooming product please discuss this with your Groomer. Although every effort will be made to ensure that your pet is groomed as safely as possible, working with pets can be unpredictable and the occasional accident may occur. We cannot be held responsible for the stressful effects that grooming may have upon your pet. As the pet owner, please carefully review and acknowledge our grooming policies thoroughly. Anal gland expressions are not provided as part of our standard package and we recommend you obtain that service from your preferred veterinarian.  

Matted coats can cause a variety of problems. The skin underneath can be raw and inflamed. Severely matted coats will require special attention. KK's Pawsitting will not be held liable for any after grooming effects of shave downs, de-matting, clipping procedures, or problems uncovered on a badly matted or otherwise neglected coat including, but not limited to itchiness, skin redness, or self-inflicted irritations/abrasions from excessive external rubbing.  

I understand that time and costs associated with shave downs or de-matting are unpredictable and subject to the particular condition of my pet. Consequently, I agree to pay an additional $25.00 or more as a result of de-matting or shave downs. ______(Initial)  

 

 By signing this contract, you agree to hold KK's Pawsitting, employees, and groomers harmless from any damage, loss, skin issues, or any health issues; including unexpected death due to stress on senior dogs or unknown conditions of any pet left under the custody of KK's Pawsitting.

KK’S Pawsitting Doggy Daycare Rules  

Daily Drop-in rate:  $35 per 10-hour day  ($29 each additional dog)
(Valentines, 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas add $20) 
if additional hours are required during the week the fee is $10 per hour (booked in 1-hour increments only and must be paid before the pet is released to the owner)


Weekly rate with slot guarantee:
10 hr-per day weekly rate: $160 (5 daysx10 hours each day) (2nd dog additional $65 per week) 
12 hour -per day weekly rate: $200 (5 days x12 hours each day) (2nd dog additional $80 per week)  

Weekly Daycare: Each week begins on Sunday and goes until Saturday  

You will get up to 5 days in a calendar week to use for daycare. Even if you don’t use all 5 days they do not carry over and the week starts fresh on Sunday and another payment is due.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due on or before the next due date to guarantee slot with KK’s Pawsitting.  A late fee of $25 will be assessed if payment is sent after the due date. Please note we do NOT hold slots without advanced payment!

There are No credits for unused days/hours. Daycare is on a week-to-week basis, however, paying in advance guarantees your pet's spot with KK’S Pawsitting.  

Daycare hours are 5:30 AM -9:00 PM   
All pets must be picked up no later than 9:00 PM or an additional late fee of $25 per hour will be charged and must be paid before the pet is released back to the owner.

All daycare days/times must be cleared with the owner prior to arrival.

YOU MUST TEXT EACH DAY WHEN YOU ARE ON THE WAY FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP 

 
Attendance Policy: Prepaid reservations are required to guarantee a spot for your dog. 
You must give 24-hour notice to cancel daily/ weekly daycare or a fee of $35 will be assessed and the remaining amount will then be credited to you. 

If you are changing your schedule for drop off/ pick up from what was originally agreed upon you must text/call KK’S Pawsitting PRIOR to the change to let us know.  
I plan my entire day around drop off and pickups, If you are running late, it is YOUR responsibility to contact me and let me know.  Failure to contact KK’S Pawsitting may result in removal from the daycare program or additional fees.

YOU MUST TEXT WHEN YOU ARE ON THE WAY FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP 

Restrictions: KK's Pawsitting reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any dog at any time for any reason. Please be advised that our environment is not suited for every dog and safety is of the utmost importance. If we feel a dog will create an unsafe environment for themselves or anyone else based on any behavior we encounter, they will not be able to participate in our program.  

 Feeding: If your dog requires feeding during the day, please bring the food in a container labeled with your dog’s name and feeding instructions

NON SPAYED FEMALES Daycare is allowed during the bleeding cycle, however; an additional daily fee of $10 for cleaning & sanitizing will be charge.
It is your responsibility to provide all supplies needed (Diapers, Pads, Diaper Covers)
