There was once two good friends, their names were Ted Martin and Sam Miller. They would spend the days hanging around town. One night they were sitting on the fence by the post office. There was a field of turnips across the road. They notice a figure stand up over in the field. It was quite dark, and hard to make out what it was. The next thing they knew it was gone. Suddenly, it got up again. It slowly walked over to the edge of the field before disappearing again. Ted and Sam looked at each other with confused looks. "What was that?" asked Sam. "I have no ide-" responded Ted before the figure appeared right beside them. The figure stared at them with dark sunken in eyes. Its flesh slowly rotting away off its flesh. Ted and Sam quickly jumped off and ran away from the figure. The figure stayed were it was and just continued staring. Till it slowly spoke these words, "From dusk till dawn, your life will wither and die..." The figure disappeared from the spot to never be seen again. Ted soon got sick and stayed in the hospital. Sam stayed with him everyday, till the day Ted passed away. Sam said how Ted started to look like the figure as he grew sicker.
