Merchant Marine Captain, U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master, unlimited tonnage, all oceans.I am presently master aboard a large RO/RO - Roll on Roll off vessel which trades world-wide, United States, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
I picked the name Kennebec Captain because I was born and raised in the Kennebec River Valley. My first post Two Years Before the Mast, with an excerpt from Richard Henry's Book "two of our crew, who were Kennebec men and could handle an axe like a plaything"
