Flood Communication Plan

If there is a possible flood event at Milton Meadows, then the following communication plan will be established:

Step 1- Email warning:

An email will be sent to all residents on the distribution list to indicate that the Flood Communication Plan will be instigated, along with a link to our MMRA website and MM-RCG page.

• For those residents that have informed the MMRA committee that they do not use email, then a coordinator will personally visit the property to inform you that the communication plan has been instigated.

Step 2- MMRA website - MM-RCG page

This will be run by the Lead Coordinator, who will provide information at hourly intervals, or as otherwise stated on the message board during an event. Information will be pertinent to Milton Meadows only.

• In the event of power failure or loss of access to the Internet a Coordinator or Focal Point will come around the doors to relay information from the Lead Coordinator.
