Landlords, Inc. is managed by a committee of dedicated and experienced Landlords Members of the committee volunteer their valuable time to carry out the business of this not-for profit organization which has represented the interests of landlords of Kansas City since 1966.
Occasionally we call on our members to join us when we attempt to challenge anti-landlord legislation at Kansas City council or at the state level in Jefferson City.

Annual permit fee of $21 per unit
Example: First year:
An apartment complex with 10 units pays:
$21 One-time application fee
$210($20 x 10 units) permit fee with completed application = $231
Subsequent years the rental property owner would pay $200 for the 10 units
Please return the completed application with supporting documents prior to opening a new rental property or change of ownership or management. *
