Landlords Inc will be hosting a class led by Glynite Construction.  It is an all day class and will provide you with certification good for 5 years for both Kansas and Missouri.  Contact the office to register.  The cost of the class is $200.00 and it will run from 9 to 5.  Due to KCMO's meeting limitations we are limited to smaller class sizes so we will adjust our schedule as the class fills.

Landlords must renew their permits by 12/31/20.
The Health Department has created an online renewal page.  You can set up a login and make a payment using a credit card.  There is a small fee charged for the online payment.  If you prefer, you can mail the payments or make them in person.  The renewal fee information can be found on the Healthy Homes page.
