Remember to register or renew your properties for 2026 with the Health Department

Unit Registration for Rental Property Owners

Annual permit fee of $25 per unit
Example: First year:
An apartment complex with 10 units pays:
$25 One-time application fee
$250 ($25 x 10 units) permit fee with completed application = $275

Subsequent years the rental property owner would pay $250 for the 10 units

Please return the completed application with supporting documents prior to opening a new rental property or change of ownership or management. *
