Welcome To Landlords,Inc. Helping Landlords Voluntarily Since 1966

The KCMO Rental Inspection Ordinance passed on the August 8th ballot.  We appreciate all of your efforts to fight this ordinance.  It was a close vote and it took the voices of many landlords to bring out the vote against it.   We're meeting to discuss our options and next steps and will update you at our next meeting.  We'll also be able to answer some questions on the specifics although many details have not yet been revealed to us.
