Welcome To Landlords,Inc. Helping Landlords Voluntarily Since 1966

Good News!  The KCMO Rental Inspection Ordinance has been put on hold by the Housing Committee.  This means that it will not go on the November ballot and there is not another ballot until next Spring. Thank you to all of the Landlords who wrote, called and showed up to voice our objections.  Stay tuned to find out our next steps.

August General Meeting
When:  4th Tuesday September 26th
Where:  Central United Methodist Church
5144 Oak St
Kansas City, MO

Time:  6:30 - 9:00
Topic:  Rental Inspections
We were able to convince the KCMO Housing Committee to hold off on the rental inspection ordinance.  Now we need to determine our next steps.  We want to focus on state legislation to prevent this so we'll be working to identify the best legislator to help us with this and let you know how you can help.
