Welcome To Landlords,Inc. Helping Landlords Voluntarily Since 1966

The KCMO Rental Inspection Ordinance has returned.  Through a petition drive the ordinance will be placed on the August ballot.  We need landlords to organize to vote against the ordinance and to communicate to their tenants that it is their interest to vote against this ordinance.  We'll be covering this at our monthly meetings and in emails so stay tuned.
