Unit Registration for Rental Property Owners
Annual permit fee of $20 per unit
Example: First year:
An apartment complex with 10 units pays:
$20 One-time application fee
$200($20 x 10 units) permit fee with completed application = $220
Subsequent years the rental property owner would pay $200 for the 10 units
Please return the completed application with supporting documents prior to opening a new rental property or change of ownership or management. *
