Wyandotte County is becoming one of the hottest areas in the metro. With the new Chiefs Stadium, the Mattel Theme Park, The American Royal all being developed we are going to see tremendous growth. Where there is growth, there is opportunity.

Join us for an evening with Mayor Watson. We'll have drinks and dinner at the Loretto Event Space. We'll be joined by Crossroads Investment Lending to help make that turn that opportunity into reality.

Tickets are $35 for members, $50 for non-members if purchased in advance.

Unit Registration for Rental Property Owners

Annual permit fee of $25 per unit
Example: First year:
An apartment complex with 10 units pays:
$25 One-time application fee
$250 ($25 x 10 units) permit fee with completed application = $275

Subsequent years the rental property owner would pay $250 for the 10 units

Please return the completed application with supporting documents prior to opening a new rental property or change of ownership or management. *
