The third Thursday of the month, 2000 hrs on a VHF, IRLP or Echolink repeater. This utilizes a sophisticated system of Public and Private Repeaters, VOIP (voice over internet protocol) and Reflectors to tie our state together via FM type communication during an emergency. It is also managed by our Utah Department of Homeland Security/Utah Department of Emergency Communication from the State Capitol in Salt Lake City. Again, all 29 Utah counties are polled for check-ins.
