2012 - Monthly Demos presented at TAMIU by Dr. Jorgensen started in at TAMIU.
2013 - Official TAMIU Student Organization, The TAMIU Chemistry Club.
2016 - Accepted as an American Chemical Society (ACS) Student Chapter.
2018 - Changed organization name to TAMIU ACS Student Chapter.

2017 - ACS National Meeting Travel Grant for Student Chapters
2016-2017 - ACS Student Chapter Commendable Award.

Holiday Slime Table and Chemistry Club members ready to assist!
Worked with The Outlets of Laredo (Demos: Holiday Slime, Silver ornaments, Clouds of Fun, Disappearing Balloons, etc.).
Chemistry Demonstrations were presented in English and Spanish to reach the large Hispanic population being on the US/Mexico Border.
