The Cottage

The Kalarama Cottage is 1200 sq. ft. with kitchen, bathroom living/dining room and single bedroom on the upper floor with a finished basement and half bathroom downstairs. Large windows provide spectacular views of the Taconic Mts. To the West, while the downstairs windows view the west also. A 600 sq. ft. deck is adjacent to the downstairs.

Washer/dryer and oil furnace are in a downstairs utility room with a door leading to the deck.

The downstairs room is a multi-purpose space and can serve as an office, den, second bedroom, studio, workshop, etc.
