Information regarding COVID-19 Massachusetts Updates
Dear Prospective Tenant,
Welcome to Kalarama. The name "Kalarama" means "beautiful view" in Greek and was given to the property when it was an operating apple orchard in the 1940's through 1960's. The orchard is no longer producing and I now own and live and Kalarama. A caretakers' cottage was built on the grounds and it has now been renovated and awaits the discerning tenant, who appreciates its special location inside the Mountain Meadow Reserve, a Trustees of Reservations property in Williamstown, Mass. It's just a 5 minute walk to Vermont.
Peacefulness and serenity surround Kalarama. It is a perfect place to escape the pressures of urban living through having a retreat. Hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails are right out the door.
Please, whoever you may be, single or coupled, review this website and get a feel for an exceptional place to live or escape that is close to nature, yet offers the amenities of Williamstown, Williams College, the Berkshires, and Southern Vermont.
I look forward to hearing from you.
