In Crockpot Mix

• 3 Chicken Breasts
• 16oz. of Salsa
• 1/2 packet of taco seasoning

Cook

• High for 4-6 hours
• Low for 6-8.

Shredded Chicken after cooking

Accompany with

• Shredded Lettuce
• Limes
• Sour Cream
• Shreeded Cheese

Toppings

• Onions
• Tomatoes
• Lettuce
• Cheese

SALMON RUB:

• 1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• Kosher salt

PICO DE GALLO:

• 6 Plum Tomatoes diced
• 2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
• 1 bushal fresh cilantro chopped
• 1 diced onion
• 1 clove garlic miced
• Lime Juice
• Pinch kosher salt
