Whisk in the 1 can chicken broth and bring to a simmer 3 more minutes, stirring often.Turn heat down to low and mix in the 1 can Ro-tel.
Mix the cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl with a ladle of the hot broth.
Add ladle of broth at time.
Allow to cool to lukewarm.
Cut off tops of pepper and clean adn place in roasting pan
Mix Sauce and Chicken Mixture till well coated but not Swimming in it
Fill Peppers mixture and top with cheese
Put reaming sauce in bottom of pan
