Kaghan Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd (KCHSL) is one the oldest society in Scheme 33, Karachi but unfortunately the society is being run by Sindh Government Appointed Administrators for the last 6 Years.

Elected Management Committee (MC) is the only RIGHT forum to address member’s issues but regrettably it is imperative that due to Administrators the society progress is stagnant.

This is the true story of a more than 400 members of KCHSL. Five and a half years back Sindh Government has taken over the control of society through Administrator and till now Administrator is controlling the affairs of our society.

The ex-Administrators in collusion with Estate agents sold fake files to innocent people and apparently they don’t want any elected management committee so in this regard they disturbed the election process and filed CP in High COURT of Sindh.

The Honorable SINDH High Court dispose of their CP 1279/2017 and also issued instructions to NAZIR office to compile genuine allotee list as directed in ORDER of 20 April 2016 in CP D-65/2015.

NAZIR sindh High Court compiled his report in compliance of order dated 3 March 2017 and submitted in high court on 28 March 2017. According to report the case is referred back to HC due to non co-operation of CPD 1279/2017.

On 12 October 2018 , the Honorable HC directed NAZIR office to conduct election as per LAW. Managing Committee (MC) elections were held on 2 December 2018 under the supervision of Sindh High court. From its first board meeting, which was held on 9 decrement 2018, the MC has started its working. The MC has elected its Hon Secretary ( Muhammad Iqbal ), Chairman (Muhammad Shafi Khan ) and Finance Secretary ( Imtiaz Ahmed ), but just after 7 months
