Housing Scheme

Kaghan Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd (KCHSL), Karachi is a well-known housing project in Karachi city.

KCHSL comprises two phases in Karachi city i.e. Phase I of KCHSL is in scheme 33 SECTOR 20-A, KDA SCHEME 33 and Phase 2 is in KDA SCHEME 45, near upcoming Fazia Housing Project. Till now both phases are still in the development stages, with infrastructure construction will start soon.

KCHSL comprises of different plot categories like R,A,B,C,D ,FL, LS etc.
