April 2016: Symposium I'm lead organizer on was funded by the American Society of Ichthyology and Herpetology. I'll be running (with help) a symposium on Amphibian Conservation in honor of Ray Semlitsch for the 2017 Joint meeting of Ichthyology and Herpetology in Austin, TX.
December 9, 2015: My paper with Howard Whiteman on the ability for size and time to metamorphosis to predict fitness in amphibians was featured as Murray State University's Racer Scholar work of the week!
July 31, 2015: Spoke at the American Ornithologists' Annual Meeting at the University of Oklahoma on the effects of climate on Lesser Prairie Chicken vital rates.
July 20-24, 2015: Participated in the third meeting of the NIMBioS working group to assess the value of habitat patches with migratory networks.
June 13-16, 2015: Led two days of the South Central Climate Science Center Internship for Underrepresented Minorities in southeast Oklahoma.

November 20, 2014: I'm headed to the South Central Climate Science Center Workshop to plan out new research directions on the effects of climate change on wildlife and ecosystems.
