    This resource is a guide to healthy eating in the dorms, which includes a series of quick and lean recipes that students can make with microwaves, blenders, and hot plates. It also has a list of healthy yet filling snacks to replace the regular dorm room junk food. Rachel Paul, a registered dietitian and PhD candidate at Columbia University, contributed to the guide.     This resource is about fitness on campus, and breaks down the best ways to stay in shape as a student: intramural sports, fitness centers, fitness classes, and various apps for a more individual experience.
