Hoggard/Ikast-Brande

Since 2006 students at JohnT. Hoggard High School (Wilmington, NC) and Ikast-Brande Gymnasium (Ikast, Denmark) have been preparing to succeed in a world with rapidly expanding global connections through their participation in an ongoing partnership program. Through online communication and student exchange, students from both schools collaborate on academic projects in History, English, Literature, and Spanish. As a result, our partnership provides students with the opportunity to experience the shrinking nature of the world in which they live, while learning with and about students from another culture.

Upcoming Events
