MadCap Flare is a component content management system (CCMS) and technical writing tool that allows for the creation, management, and publication of complex content. It employs content-reuse, multi-channel publication, CSS, and other cornerstones of modern documentation management. At SiriusXM, we use Flare to create, host, and maintain our UX Blueprints for multiple platforms with divergent feature sets. These Blueprints are used by SiriusXM automotive partners and internal personnel to understand the ideal experience in the application.
