Application Form for Silver Star Chase

The Hong Kong Joint School Mathematics Society is proud to present to you to the HKJSMS 

Day Camp 2013! It will be held on 23/8 and 27/8 at Queen's College. The theme this year 

is ‘Silver Star Chase’ On top of the exciting games and activities, we will have city 

tracing. We are honored to have Dr. Koopa Koo, our teacher advisor, to give a talk. All 

secondary students are welcome. Summer will never be boring if you spend it with us, 

don't hesitate and join us in this great event!

Online application is now available on our official site (www.hkjsms.org). Application fee is 

HK$50.00. Registration will be on first-come, first-serve basis. Go and apply for it before it 

is too late. We are looking forward to your application.
