A completely new UI has been added that lists rules in plain English without the complexity of regular expressions. This UI uses a new rule set so existing rules will not work. The conversion function has yet to be implemented at this stage. You can enable this UI from the settings page, with expert features disabled, by checking "Use simplified rules". You must also reinstall the whitelist and blacklist manually if you want those rules. They will still appear in the rule list as regular expressions due to their complexity in general.
