Important: You must double click on the main header in the popover (JavaScript Blocker) and click "Set Installed Version" and enter 69. This will cause the icon to flash and mimic an upgrade process. Your rules will NOT work until this is done! Rules are now stored in the extension settings instead of localStorage. I'm hoping this will prevent rules from disappearing when resetting website data in Safari.
