GMT is a program for calculating moving time from Garmin fitness GPS devices It is provided to you free of charge under the following conditions:-

Download GMT and extract it to your PC. There are five files:-

GMT.exe - the GMT program

GMT_v103.pdf - GMT manual

Sample.gpx - Sample ".gpx" file

Sample.fit - Sample ".fit" file

Sample.tcx - Sample ".tcx" file

GMT is for PCs. The documentation is in pdf format. Adobe pdf format can be read using Adobe Reader.
