AutoQ is an autocue display program designed for prompting timed readings of text, which can also be synchronized with a movie. It is provided to you free of charge under the following conditions:-

Download AutoQ and extract it to your PC. There are five files:-

AutoQ.exe - the AutoQ program

AutoQ_v103.pdf - AutoQ manual

Sample.gpx - Sample ".gpx" file

Sample.fit - Sample ".fit" file

Sample.tcx - Sample ".tcx" file

GMT is for PCs. The documentation is in pdf format. Adobe pdf format can be read using Adobe Reader.
