Capstone Project
My project took the form of a study in which I compared stroke readmission rates 1 year prior and 1 year after the initiation of a stroke class in the acute setting. This study will be disseminated amongst my peers as a poster presentation, and was presenting in the 2019 International Stroke Conference.
