FINDING STAGE 1

1. Start at the trail head and follow he trail (The Old Camp Road) South East until you see the landmark shown at the left. (Clearly visible from the trail)

2. Then go 496 feet on a heading of 342 Degrees True.

You may want to print the picture and bring it along with you for reference.

FINDING THE FINAL STAGE

At the first stage you will find a waterproof container. Open the container and follow these instructions.

1. Push the start button. It will beep once to show that it is working. In about 15 seconds it will beep twice to show that it timed out.

2. Open the ziplock bag and remove the piece of wood. (Use the plywood that was covering the box as a table.)

3. Place the piece of wood flat on the table.

4. Pull out a 4 inch strip of tape from the dispenser.

5. Fold over about 1/2 inch of tape on itself forming a non-sticky handle.

6. Place the tape sticky side down on the piece of wood and rub it with your fingers.

7. Prepare a second piece of tape with handle place it on top of the first tape and rub it.

8. Push the Start Button.

9. Pull off the TOP piece of tape and hold it above and close to the charge plate. It is positively charged.

You should then learn the coordinates of the final stage.

Please return the wood to the ziplock bag along with the silica gel pack.
