JLabChart

The tool has been designed and implemented as a joint effort among the Department of Surgical and Clinical Science - Data Analytics Research Center and Bioinformatics Laboratory at University of Catanzaro, the DIMES Department at University of Calabria and the SMARTest laboratory at eCampus University in Novedrate.

Current version is available for download as a Java standalone application or as a native Windows application.

Users may need to install a Java Runtime Environment for their operating system in order to run the software.

This version the tool is able to parse and analyze signal files in several textual formats. Ongoing development will enable the tool to directly interact with the pressure signal acquisition hardware in the surgery room, in order to perform real-time signal analyses.
