• Developing new immune-directed imaging methods and therapeutic drugs by leveraging nanotechnology, therapeutic cells, and active targeting technology.

• Understanding immune-regulation of lung diseases (cancer, allergy, infection, fibrosis) with scaffold-based lung-mimicking in vivo models.
