Over the past years, I have advised 50+ postdoctoral researchers, research engineers, visiting PhD students, intern master students, and final year project students. Some of them went on for their graduate study in research universities in e.g. MIT, UIUC and UNC, some later joined tech companies such as Google, Apple and Alibaba, while a few of them chose to start up their own companies after an incubation period in ADSC (with one of them having gone IPO in Nasdaq in 2019).
