I hired Jennings Land Surveying in 2010 to perform a complicated boundary survey on my coastal property which involved several boundary and legal issues. Not only was Mr. Jennings was able to re-establish a property line which was the source of an on-going litigation with my adjoiner, he even went out of his way on his own time to take care of and issue that arose from a previous survey that may have hindered the progress of my survey needs.
After the first survey several other issues came up and I retained Jennings Land Surveying to provide my attorney and myself with official exhibits which were to be used for litigation purposes.
Jennings Land Surveying handled all of my matters in a timely and professional manner and all of my needs and requirements were satisfied at a very reasonable price. Mr. Jennings and his team are punctual, professional, and very respectful. All of my particular needs were satisfied continually with extreme confidence and efficiency. He was always available to answer all of my questions and free to give his opinion in an un-biased manner as the situation with my adjoiner continually evolved.

Mr. Paul Jennings is definately a 5 star individual!!! He is very motivated, knowledgeable, and professional!!
Through the past 40 years our family has had experiences with 4 land survey/engineering companies and Jennings Land Surveying tops the list by leaps and bounds.. He was the first to respond to our inquiry by almost 24 hours. When he responded, he already had a good knowledge and familiarity with the property and its history. His price was fair and he did exactly what he said he would.

I verified my property lines for a house I recently purchased in Carlsbad, and I was very fortunate to have found Paul! Paul responded quickly to my request and let me know the cost range, which ended up being very accurate. I was present during the survey and Paul very patiently answered my questions and subsequent emails after the survey. This was my first time having a property survey and I am very grateful that I found such a very professional surveyor - I recommend Paul without hesitation!

It is absolutely my pleasure to provide the highest recommendation possible for Jennings Land Surveying, as Paul has provided all the surveying services on my 25 acre parcel since I purchased it in 2014. Our working relationship has included four assignments thus far: finding the property lines before I purchased the parcel, creating a detailed topographical map with 2’ contour elevations to plan future development, researching adjacent parcels and surveying / staking a new access road. On two (2) separate occasions I contracted with land surveyor Paul Jennings and each time he performed his work in a professional manner, finishing on time and at very reasonable rates. Paul was initially referred to me by another land surveyor who had recently retired from the trade. I took it on this recommendation to hire Paul and I instantly realized how fortunate I was to have done so. He performed a survey of a very odd shaped lot, with a confusing legal description, without any undue delay or major problems. Following this I contracted with him to perform a “lot line adjustment” and again he did so quickly, always maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. Even when the County of San Diego requested additional information which was outside of my contract with Paul, he provided the requested changes without additional charge to me.
In summary, I am extremely grateful too having hired Paul Jennings Land Surveying and will do so again without hesitation. His work was completed on time, accurately and at a very reasonable rate. I would, and have, recommended Paul Jennings Land Surveying to my friends and associates.

I used Paul's services for a detailed topographical map of my Alpine parcel in July this year (2010). I found his conduct to be both prompt and professional. His communication is very effective; phone calls were always returned. His price quote was fair. He was punctual on the day of the survey and provided the topo map within a week. His work was thorough and performed in a conscientious fashion. I would recommend Paul to anyone needing parcel survey work.
