What is Chakra-practik?

Chakra-practik is a hands on or remote method of subtle-body energy work that enhances the filling of each chakra and then directs the subtle energy of the body to allow the chakras to better communicate with each other. The effect of chakra-practik is that it allows a spiritual transcending on the level of the body through touch.

Receiving Chakra-practik requires no particular understanding, no previous practice or special capacity for subtle insight on the part of the client. Each session takes from 45 minutes to an hour and is followed by a period of rest and feedback. Practiced both as a hands on or a remote practice the treatment will be provided in a quiet, private setting, where the client remains in their street clothes and reclines on a mat.
