Have you heard about “overconfidence”? Does the “curse of knowledge” or the “Google effect” mean anything to you? These are a few examples of cognitive biases (among many). On the 1st of February 2024, I will be leading a short workshop on cognitive biases. The main objective of this workshop is to familiarize you with what they are (and how diverse they are), from both a psychological and a neuroscientific perspective.

Maybe you are thinking that this does not apply to you (after all, being rational is a prerequisite of your job)? Well, I suggest you give it a fair try: I am inviting you to perform an online simplified cognitive test, which was designed to detect a few cognitive biases :)
