How to List Real Estate or Boats on this Website

To have your property listed on the Java Lake Colony Website, "For Sale or Rent at Java Lake", just  send an email to the Board of Directors email address,   javalakecolonyinc@gmail.com  ,  with the pertinent information.  

 Listings are limited to 2-3 lines.  The content you provide should address:

                1.  Whether the property is For Sale or For Rent.

2.  Whether the property consists of a Lot or a Cottage.

3.  The  Contact (current owner?) Name and Phone Number(s) that interested buyers/renters can use to inquire   about the property?

4.  Please specify whether the listing should identify the contact's name (current owner) or just identify the owner's phone number? 

5.  Where is the property located (street).  Please include the Parcel Tax ID as this is unique for each property ?

6.  If For Sale, what are the annual property taxes,  the JLC maintenance assessment, and the Asking Price?

7.  If For Rent, what is the daily/weekly/monthly/annual rent?

8.  If you prefer to list without specifying a price,  please so indicate in your request.

9.  Please include a short description of the property's features.

LOT for SALE:  Contact:  Bill Lotowner  at 716-555-4444 or 716-207-5555. Located between Spruce and Java Lake Rd.  140.8-7-8.  Taxes: $20/yr JLC Assessment:  40/yr.  Lot ownership permits the owner to access the common areas in the colony - lake, beach, docks, and courts.  Asking price $100.

COTTAGE for SALE:  Contact:  Jim Cabinowner at 545-122-4444. Located on Pinegrove Rd.  140-8-7-36. Taxes:  $800/yr JLC Charge: $150 yr  Winterized  Cabin with 2 bedrooms, bath, porch, shed, & canoe.   Asking price $50,000   

COTTAGE for RENT: Contact:  Len Landlord at 845-111-5555. Located on Old Orchard Rd.  140-8-2-3. Seasonal Cottage with lake access on large lot with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, porch, shed.   Will rent by week ($200/week) or month ($600)
