Hello. Welcome to my website. 

My name is Jan Palguta. I am an Associate Professor of Economics at CUNEF Universidad in Madrid and a Ramón y Cajal Fellow supported by the Agencia Estatal de Investigación (AEI). I am also a researcher at the EU TAX COMP branch of the EU Tax Observatory, an affiliate of the Global Tax Research Initiative, and a fellow of the Global Labor Organization. 

I am an applied micro-economist. I study policy-related questions about the impacts of taxation and regulation on the behaviour of businesses and individuals, often public officials and politicians.
