The coronavirus pandemic was confirmed to have spread to Vietnam on 23 January 2020. As of 2 April 2020, there were 222 confirmed cases, with 63 recoveries and 0 deaths.
Vietnamese response to the outbreak has received acclaim for its effectiveness and transparency, as well as its low-cost model, in contrast to China, the rest of Southeast Asia and even to Europe and North America and is compared to how South Korea has responded, despite economically more behind; though not without controversies.
Mekong cruises from Jul to Dec 2020 are all operated as schedule.
1. TERMS FOR BOOKINGS MADE WITH SPECIAL RATE
Please contact our sales for details because each booking with special terms. The general terms are applied as below:
The bookings is with special deal (low- rate cruise) and with a strict terms of amendment and cancellation. We usually ask customers to buy cancellation insurance to protect the booking.
BEFORE 18th April 2020
Postpone (recommended): amendment fee at 10% of the total.
Cancellation: cancellation fee at 25% of the booking total.
FROM 19th April to 14th June 2020
Postpone: amendment fee at 20% of the total.
Cancellation: cancellation fee at 50% of the booking total.
FROM 15th Jun to 14th Sep 2020
Postpone: amendment fee at 40% of the total.
Cancellation: cancellation fee at 75% of the booking total.
2. TERMS FOR BOOKINGS MADE AT PUBLIC RATES
If you made the bookings at our public rates (as per the table http://www.jahancruises.com/price), the following terms are applied.
BEFORE 18th April 2020
Postpone (recommended): amendment fee at 0% of the total.
Cancellation: cancellation fee at 5% of the booking total.
FROM 19th April to 14th June 2020
Postpone: amendment fee at 5% of the total.
Cancellation: cancellation fee at 10% of the booking total.
FROM 15th Jun to 14th Sep 2020
Postpone: amendment fee at 10% of the total.
Cancellation: cancellation fee at 20% of the booking total.
SPECIAL NOTES FOR BOTH (1) and (2)
If the guests decides to travel during another period in the future, the cruise rates are subject to public prices. Check departures in 2021 http://www.jahancruises.com/departures
