After 14 years, a new location and new position - seems like a good time to have a new home page as well.

In the spring of 2016, I started working at the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) in Taipei, Taiwan.

I am a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering. My interests are Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Planning, Machine Learning, and Distributed Processing.

In my spare time, I am trying to learn Mandarin Chinese. I enjoy many types of sports, including volleyball, basketball, aikido, tennis, badminton, soccer, and ice hockey. I also have a PPL, but unfortunately Taiwan does not allow general aviation, from what I can tell.
