2018 Girls Kingco Invitational 

Saturday, October 20th 

Edgebrook Pool 

Times: 

Doors Open: 11:30 AM 

Warm-up: 12:00– 1:00 PM 

Coaches Meeting: 12:30 PM 

Timers/Officials Meeting: 12:45 PM 

Meet Starts: 1 PM the approximate end time is 4:30 PM 

Entries: Swimmers who have not bettered two Kingco Championship Time Standards by Wednesday, October 17th are eligible to swim in this meet. All swimmers that are eligible for this meet may swim the normal 4 events at this meet (2 ind + 2 rel or 1 ind + 3 rel) there is no limit to the number of swimmers or relays from one team that can be entered in any of the events. All swimmers must have a time in the events that they are entered. Times from this meet may be used to qualify for the Kingco Championship Meet. Swimmers may not enter an individual event in which they have bettered a Kingco Championship Time Standard. 

Meet programs: will be sold for $2 to help cover meet costs. 

Edgebrook Pool: Pool is outdoor, please be prepared for the weather. 

Entry Due Date: Wednesday, October 17th by 10 PM. Please email a team manager entry file to Eric Bartleson at bartlesone@bsd405.org 

Volunteers: We will run two shifts of timers: First shift will be 1:00 through the 50 Free, Second shift will start with the 100 Fly (around 2:45pm) and run until the end of the meet. I am asking that you provide 1 timer for every 8 swimmers you enter. I will send volunteer assignment once I have confirmation from coaches that their team will be participating. Please confirm by Friday, October 12th that you will be attending this meet. If you have an official that would like to help, please let me know. 

Meet Time Line: There will be a 5 Minute warm-up/warm-down before and after relay events (1, 9, 12) with a 15 Minute break after the 50 Free. Pool will be open to all swimmers during the breaks. No Diving. Warm-up will be available in the shallow area during the entire meet. 

Meet Seeding: Meet will be seeded as a timed final slow to fast.
