EIIC Muslim Campus house is located at 1808 9th St, Charleston, IL. 61920
It is sitting on .26 acres next to the Eastern Illinois University campus.
Muslim Campus House building has two sections; the older section was built in 1930 and the one-story section was built in early 2000.
Forced air, central heating is in working condition.
Central Cooling has two ACs; one is not functional at the moment.
The roof needs attention and possibly replacement as funds become available.

Since it was a foreclosed property, nobody lived in it for a long time, and rooms were occupied by homeless people.

Every room in the house needed some kind of renovation including repairing water lines and water damage.

Building 1 is the newer construction compare to Building 2
Building 1 basemenent is done and functional. Used during Ramadan 2023 iftars.

Building 1 rooms have fresh paint and flooring.
Building 2 has the kitchen.
Kitchen floor and appliances are installed.

Building 2 has the prayer room/living room. It is fully functional.
Isha and Fajr are regular in this room.
Jumah Khutbah and prayer also happens every week.
