Registration Fees & Form

When a “Buy Now" button is clicked, the user will be taken to the PayPal website. If the user wishes to also pay for other option(s), she or he should click on the “Continue shopping” link on the top of the PayPal page. This should return the user to this page, where she or he can click on another button to add others to the her or his cart.

PayPal links are deleted because no more registration are accepted.

Standard registration – regular member ($500.00 USD including congress banquet)

Standard registration – student member ($250.00 USD including congress banquet)

Student Travel Awards are now offered was closed at 28 Feb.

Standard registration – non-member (regular) ($550.00 USD including congress banquet)

Standard registration – non-member (student) ($270.00 USD including congress banquet)

*Anyone that registers for the Congress as a non-member will automatically become a member of the Society in 2018.
