Oral presentation

Oral presentations will last 15 12 minutes with an additional 5 3 minutes for discussion. Duration of talking might be changed depending on the number of speakers.

There are two options to display your slide: your laptop PC or transfer PPT. files to our PC.

Those who want to use their own PC connect it during previous speaker's presentation. We accept VGA, HDMI and Display Port by means of converters. Regarding other types of terminal, converters have to be prepared in your own. Also prepare a USB storage device with your PPT. file in just in case.

Those who cannot bring their own PC or hope to transfer a file, bring a USB storage device with your PPT. file in. We intend to prepare a Windows 10 PC with PowerPoint 2016 installed.

Abstract

Those who registered title by 30th Apr. should send abstract no more than 500 words with final title, all authors and all institutions to Kazunori Matsuo (matsuosudachi@scs.kyushu-u.ac.jp) by 31st May.
