I am currently an Evaluation Officer at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission, within the Unit A.6.

I hold a Ph.D. in Economics, from the University of Namur, Belgium where I specialised in Development Economics and Quantitative Methods, within the CRED.

Then I worked during 5 years as a post-doctoral researcher with the division of BioEconomics of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences and the ECON research group, both at KU Leuven.

Expert in combining qualitative and quantitative analyses, and impact assessment of public policies, internationally. I have worked extensively on issues related to Development, Agri-Food and Behavioral Economics.

I'm passionate about understanding decision-making and unravelling what works, why and the levers for improvement. My approach is mainly empirical, still always grounded in theory, and I use a large variety of quantitative and experimental tools.

Creativity, accuracy, and truthful information are my main jobs' motives.

You find the scientific projects I have worked on here and my other professional experiences such as partnership and consultancy, here.

I'm also a Member of the Researcher Network on Economic Experiments for the Common Agricultural Policy (REECAP) and I'm actively seeking more evidence-based policy-making.
