In 2024, I obtained my Ph.D. degree from Polytechnique Montréal, University of Montréal, Canada, in Electrical Engineering, under the supervision of Prof. Yves Audet and Prof. Ahmed Lakhssassi. I have been involved in the project entitled: Versatile Systems-on-Chip Integration to Reduce Aircraft Weight and Gas Emission (VairCRAFT). My research topic is about data communication systems for on-chip digital isolators. I received my M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Bahrain in January 2018, under the supervision of Prof. Mohab A. Mangoud. The M.Sc. thesis was entitled as “Millimeter Wave (mmWave) Beamforming for Wireless Communications.” Moreover, I received my B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Bahrain in 2008, supervised by Prof. Mohamad W. Fakhr. My senior project was about HMM for GPS car system.
From 2008 to 2019, I worked as an Electronics & Network Instructor at Aljabriya Secondary Technical School, Directorate of Technical & Vocational Education, Ministry of Education, Manama, Bahrain.
My current research work is in the broad area of analog and mixed signal processing for wireless communications systems, particularly, analog and mixed integrated circuits design and optimization for galvanic isolation.
